Revision Policy

While we strive to provide top-notch academic assistance, there may be instances where revisions are necessary for the delivered product. You have the right to request multiple revisions to ensure that the paper aligns with your instructions and maintains consistency. For papers under 30 pages, we offer a 14-day Revision Period, while papers exceeding 30 pages have a 30-day period. If no revision request is submitted within the specified timeframe, we assume that you are satisfied with the paper and no further action is required, unless additional payment is provided or a new order is placed.


To request a revision, simply log into your account, navigate to the relevant order by clicking on "VIEW," and you will find a prominent button labeled "SUBMIT FOR REVISION." Clicking this button allows you to provide all the necessary requirements to the writer.


All clients are eligible for revisions as long as the following requirements are met:


  • The revision instructions must be clear and should not contradict the initial guidelines. If our Quality Assurance Department determines that the original guidelines were followed, your revision request will not be processed. In such cases, you will need to place a new order for proofreading or editing.
  • Timelines: Our team will make every effort to complete revisions within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the complexity of the changes and our workload.
  • The customer should refrain from making any changes to the paper before requesting for a revision.
  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify the revision policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes made.
  • No other general terms and conditions should be violated.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours (often less for urgent orders) to process the revision.
  • Revision requests do not entitle customers to a refund. However, if revisions are unsuccessful or deemed unfeasible, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
